Question 1

How does per-user pricing work?

Accepted Answer

You pay the plan price for each active member of your organization, per month. Add or remove seats anytime — changes are prorated automatically.

Question 2

Are AI token costs included?

Accepted Answer

No. On every plan you connect your own OpenAI, Claude, or Gemini API key and pay that provider directly for AI usage. On Ultimate you can self-host models and avoid per-token costs entirely.

Question 3

Can I switch plans later?

Accepted Answer

Yes — upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Changes are prorated automatically.

Question 4

Is there a free trial?

Accepted Answer

Every paid plan includes a 14-day free trial with full access — no credit card required. The Free plan is free forever.

Question 5

Do you offer discounts for nonprofits or education?

Accepted Answer

Yes, contact our sales team for nonprofit and education pricing.

Question 6

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

All major credit cards, ACH, and invoicing for Enterprise and Ultimate customers.
